At a Democratic Leaders for
the 21st Century candidates' forum last week, Brooklyn D.A. Charlie Hynes and primary challenger Abe George hotly debated misdemeanor marijuana possession.

When Hynes asserted that his office doesn't prosecute it, George accused Hynes of either knowingly or unknowingly lying about what is happening in his office.
