Full Service on B37, B70, B8 in June '14



The Metropolitan Transportation Authority board, at a June 24 meeting packed with bus advocates, voted unanimously to restore service on the B37, B70 and B8 bus routes in Brooklyn, effective in June, 2014.

The Return of the B37



Council Member Vinnie Gentile announced today that the Metropolitan Transportation Authority has restored Bay Ridge's beloved B37 bus route.

Gentile thanked the MTA for "doing
the right thing with their $40 million surplus", commending the "Restore the B37 Bus Coalition", which partnered with him in the fight to restore the B37.

Gentile called the B37's return a "major win for Brooklyn".
