Holiday Dog Portraits at Doggie Academy

Here's your chance to update your photo album with a professional portrait of you and your dog.

Professional photographer M. Nicole Fischer is now accepting dog-friendly family portrait appointments for Friday, December 13 from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM at the Brooklyn Dog Training Center's Doggie Academy, at 168 7th Street in Park Slope.

Canine Good Citizen Program

The Brooklyn Dog Training Center, headed by licensed trainer Sarah Westcott, CPDT-KSA, is offering an AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) training course this fall, beginning November 21.

You can register for the training here. The cost of the 4 week course is $180.

August Puppy Party at Doggie Academy

The Brooklyn Dog Training Center, at 168 7th Street in Brooklyn, will host its monthly Puppy Party from 7-9 PM on August 2. All puppies under the age of 6 months and under 30 lbs are invited.

Puppies don't just need to be trained, they need to be socialized too. At BDTC's monthly puppy parties, they get the chance to meet other puppies and their people and check out new sights and sounds
