Strawberry Shortcake Eating Contest at Bay Ridge Greenmarket

As you know, Southern Brooklyn has a bit of a reputation as a competitive eating destination, what with the annual Brooklyn Pizza Eating Contest and Coney Island Hot Dog Eating Contest.

On Saturday, June 29, at 11 AM, the Bay Ridge Greenmarket and Council Member Vinnie Gentile will take the local competitive eating scene in a new direction by sponsoring the 1st Annual Strawberry Shortcake
