Albanese Questions Delay in Confronting Sea Level Rise



In a speech at the Brooklyn Navy Yard today, Mayor Michael
Bloomberg announced a $20 billion 40-year plan to protect the city from climate change-driven heat and sea level rise.

Some of the changes will go into effect this year, with the rest being made over time.
