Kieran Succeeds Seminara as CB 10 Chair

Community Board 10 vice-chair Brian Kieran, who formerly chaired the board's traffic and transportation committee, has succeeded retiring Joanne Seminara as CB 10 chair.

As traffic and transportation chair, Kieran tabled a vote on the city Departrment of Transportation's traffic calming plan for Fourth Avenue in Bay Ridge until October, 2013, attributing the need for delay to DOT.
