"Make Music Winter"
On the shortest day of the year, December 21, Brooklyn will host five free "Make Music New York" music parades, open to all, in Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza, South 4th Street, Brooklyn Academy of Music and Fort Greene, G Train platforms, and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
