Walk to End Alzheimer's at Coney Island

Lutheran Family Health Centers Services for Older Adults will host the "Seniors in Touch Team" at the Brooklyn Walk to End Alzheimer's on Sunday, September 22 on the Coney Island Boardwalk.

Check-in is at 9 AM. The walk will step off at 10 AM at Stillwell Avenue and the Boardwalk.
